Idéale pour budget raisonnable, cette adresse située en plein centre ville (à proximité de la plage et des commerces) permet un séjour sans voiture et au calme. La résidence - que se partagent des propriétaires chaleureux et des habitués accueillants - réunit des petits appartements qui offrent tout le confort nécessaire à des vacances. Après y avoir passé une semaine avec mes trois enfants, je recommanderai cette adresse et y retournerai volontiers.

Nous sommes venus 3 semaines cette année au moi d’août nous avons passé d'agréable vacances très bien logé, proche de tout commerce proche de la mer accueil super sympa par Sandrine, on le conseil à nos amis et nous espérons revenir l'année prochaine Dominique et Valérie du nord

Sandrine la propriétaire des lieux est une excellente hôtesse, elle sait accueillir ses hôtes avec gentillesse et simplicité. L' appartement que nous avons loué était très agréable, bien aménagé, proche de tous les commerces (restaurants, boulangeries, commerces divers et variés). L'océan est tout proche. Location parfaite pour une famille. Je recommande vivement cette location. Nous reviendrons ! Sandrine et Christophe (Châteaudun - Eure-et-Loir)

Super séjour du 18 au 25 juillet

Une amie et moi avons passé une semaine à la villa Marie-Jeanne. On est charmés des l'entrée : fleuris bien décoré et propre. L'appartement est très agrèable et propre. C'est également très bien situé, près du marché et des commerces et de la plage. Encore merci pour votre accueil .je recommande.

A la Villa Marie-Jeanne, des séjours inoubliables

La Villa Marie-Jeanne a conquis les grands et les petits par sa proximité à la plage, aux pistes cyclables, aux commerces ... et la convivialité ++++ des propriétaires. Les appartements de la Villa Marie-Jeanne sont tous refaits à neufs avec beaucoup de goût et tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Soulac-sur-Mer est vraiment un lieu très agréable pour passer des vacances en famille ou en amoureux. Un grand merci aux hôtes.

Super location

Idéalement placé, on peut tout faire à pied : la plage surveillée est au bout de la rue, proche des commerces, boulangerie, rue de la plage, etc. Les propriétaires sont sympas, la cour est très fleurie et bien entretenue... Une villa très agréable dans un endroit vraiment calme. Ambiance reposante, accueil chaleureux...super vacances ! Appartement refait à neuf et très propre... bref, parfait pour nous ! À recommander sans hésiter à des amis. En tout cas, nous on reviendra avec grand plaisir !
