Het huis ligt aan de voet van het Centraal Massief, op een hoogte van 600 meter. Uitzicht op landerijen. Volledig vrijstaand, dus maximale privacy, naaste buur op 250 meter. Ruime woonkamer met open keuken, eetkamer en open haard. Drie dubbele slaapkamers. Mezzanine met tweepersoonsbed en 2 eenpersoonsbedden en 2 bedden voor kleine kinderen. Complete badkamer met inloopdouche en toilet. Tweede badkamer met douche en wastafel. Ruime entree met apart toilet. Ruime garage met tafeltennistafel ...
Gelegen in een landelijk gebied, op slechts twee kilometer van het dorp Sousceyrac. Meestal bosbouw en veeteelt. De grote, omheinde tuin biedt volledige privacy door een natuurlijk hek. Prachtige vergezichten en veel natuurbeleving. Verschillende vogelsoorten. Natuurlijk worden buizerds en andere roofvogels, maar ook de hop en specht regelmatig in de tuin gezien. De verhuurders zien regelmatig herten, soms een das en onderweg worden in de regio regelmatig vossen gezien. De sterrenhemel is overweldigend en de Melkweg is duidelijk zichtbaar. Veel bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving, zoals Gouffre de Padirac en het bedevaartsoord Rocamadour. Op vrij korte afstand van het huis: Saint-Ceré, Bretenoux, Loubressac, Autoire en vele kastelen, zoals Castelnau bij Bretenoux. De afdeling Lot staat bekend om zijn pure lucht. De stilte die hier heerst zal je aangenaam verrassen. Geen lawaai van verkeer of lawaai van spoorwegen of vliegtuigen. Af en toe een auto die voorbij rijdt of de boer die met zijn tractor naar zijn land rijdt. Dus geniet!

Location très agréable

La maison est très agréable, propre et bien aménagée, avec tout ce qui faut. La piscine a fait le bonheur de tous. Endroit calme et reposant, et à proximité de divers endroit à découvrir. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.
