You will also appreciate the bodega: a real covered and complete summer kitchen for unforgettable moments of conviviality... This independent gîte has a private enclosed garden of 250m². Garden furniture, plancha, sun loungers and table tennis are available on the terrace and the bodega. The interior is bright, modern and air-conditioned. It opens onto a large living room with lounge area (TV, WIFI), dining area and fully equipped open kitchen with its central island (American fridge, induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher). On the ground floor a master suite with its bedroom (1 160x200 bed) and private bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a second bedroom (1 140x200 bed), a second bathroom and a separate toilet waiting for you. Upstairs: a third attic bedroom (with 2 90x200 beds), a third bathroom with toilet and a mezzanine area offering a 2-seater sofa bed. For a maximum capacity of 8 people. For your comfort, sheets, bathroom linen, household linen, cleaning as well as water and electricity are included. Baby equipment consists of 2 travel cots and a high chair.
