Hotel felt very run down. One of those rooms you walk into and it feels like a prison cell meets college dorm room and you immediately check for bed bugs.

No frills but for a budget hotel it did the trick for an overnight stay after a concert. Clean room and our floor (4th) was quiet. Walkable to Notre Dame stadium. Restaurants near by.
