A two-story brick home built in 1940, in a charming historic neighborhood. The main floor has an open, kitchen/dining room/sitting room area, half-bathroom, and a comfortable family room with large television. There are four bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor. The basement has a finished rec-room with additional sleeping space and entertainment devices, and an unfinished utility room. Outside, there is a private, fenced-in, grassy backyard with a patio and gas grill.
