This hotel is excellent. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Rooms are clean and nice. But this is the second year in a row that we stayed at this hotel during/after significant snowfall and the parking lot is absolutely terrible. The door and sidewalks are good but the actual parking lot and road to the hotel is as bad as it can be. I don't know who they hire for this service but they need to fire them and get a new services. It is absolutely terrible.

The shower would not work so we were not able to take showers since time was of the essence and we needed to head out quickly in the morning. They also changed the breakfast from included to a few of $12-14 per person but nothing had changed except the flatware had changed from plastic to real. We stay often but it was disappointing this time.

The address is showing a different location on maps than the physical location of the hotel. Interior door lock is busted and the bathtub stopper doesn’t work. The check in was easy and courteous. She was very professional and happy to help. Despite the little problems I will be back.
