Our stay was horrible. The front desk help was not friendly at all. The hallway and room had a musty smell. The beds and pillows were old and very used. There was old dried food on the email in our room. The continental breakfast had poor service as well.. most things were emptied and had to be requested for additional items and the wait time was very long. It was so bad that we’ve left a day early.. I asked if I could please be reimbursed for the last day due to all of my concerns and I was told no because we checked out a few minutes after 11 AM. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone or stay with their hotels ever again.

The main light bulb was out, and the bottom lip of the door was broken/sticking out. However, there was excellent staff. very clean and beautiful.

Woke up at 3AM to a thick cloud of smoke in our bedroom. The AC unit broke and was producing a smoking smell. The odor resembled a bonfire. Immediately called front desk and they did not help much. Couldn’t move our rooms because the hotel was fully booked. Never offered refund.

Hotel itself is very nice and clean with friendly and helpful staff. The only complaint I would have would just be with the area as as I was walking out to my vehicle, I noticed a homeless individual walking around the vehicles, including mine.
