When we arrived a little after 9p after almost 10 hrs of travel to get there no one was there to check us in for quite awhile. I didnt time it but it was over 10 mins. Neither ice machine had ice. I let the front desk know. Checked for ice in the a.m and still no ice. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. No salt for the dried out hashbrowns. No butter for the waffles. Some smart balance garbage "butter." The water pressure in the shower was great. The room was clean. My towel had a weird smell to it almost like vomit smelling. Maybe it was left in the washer too long. Definitely not the best hotel I've stayed in.

One night stay. Breakfast was from 7:00-10:00. Headed to breakfast around 9:00 and found that many items were out (pancake batter, potatoes, milk, and coffee) and no one around the whole time while at breakfast to check on the area.

Would not stay here again. Parking area was dirty. Building was very nice. Great location for restaurants. Elevator rattles . Beds are on a thin metal sheet surrounding the bottom of the bead… every time you move on it it sounds like a metal drum. Breakfast: cold coffee, ran out of hard boiled eggs.. else was ok. Overall it was ok.

No meat was served at breakfast, or scrambled eggs. There was no apple juice and I didnt make it to my room until August 5th and I was still charged for August 4th. Also, there was often no overnight staff. The desk was abandoned every night that I was there. The 3rd shift employees were definitely milking the clock!
