***NEW FOR 2025-all new hard wood flooring through the house!*** This comfortable rustic home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and sleeps 8. It sits on a pretty lot with a big backyard just 7/10ths of a mile to Forest Beach in Chatham. A sunporch off the kitchen is great for that morning cup of coffee and the large deck has a gas grill for evening barbeques. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and a laundry area is adjacent to the kitchen. There is one bedroom on the first floor (king) and two on the second (one with 4 twins, one with a queen). There is also a full bathroom on each floor. The walk out basement features a large family TV room with a built-in bar. Other great amenities include an A/C unit in the main living area, WiFi access and Cable TV. This is a great Chatham rental for your Cape Cod Vacation! Short getaways available with an added cleaning fee. Save the cleaning fee by booking 7 or more consecutive nights. Book Now! Great Vacation House
This house is beautifully located on a large property and within walking distance of a number of beaches in South Chatham. The house has three large bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay.
