The game room has ping pong and a futon for extra sleeping space. This home is 3500 sq ft and perfect for large family gatherings. We also have 3 extra folding tables and folding chairs for inside or outside dinning. The backyard is private with a grill and a saltwater hot tub. Close to the Beach. Lots of parking space!
