Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off all lights and leave the fans running. Please leave the key on the hook inside the house, by the door.
Please tidy up and replace items where they were located when you arrived.
Household items will be inventoried and reviewed upon checkout. Please report any damaged or non-functioning items to owner prior to checkout
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Absolutely no pets are allowed anywhere on the property, including service animals, without the written authorization of the owner.
Guests access the property via the gravel drive on 68th Street to the red gate. However, they are not allowed down any hillside near the river bottom.
Quiet hours are 11:00 pm to 6:00 am daily. The grill may not be used on decks or near the house. Grilling must be done outside in the grassy areas.
