The space
The First Floor Of the Home has been Completely Redesigned
Open Dining/Living Room with Galey Kitchen that is off of the Bathroom and Patio Area.
Vaulter Master bedroom is warm and inviting and is also on the first floor.
The Upstairs has a open sleeping loft and Features a second bedroom with private en suite.

Decent property, nice location pretty close to downtown. Place was very clean and well equipped. Wi-Fi internet and TV are a nice plus. Kitchen was well equipped, although the appliances were very basic and outdated. Nice long driveway for several vehicles. AC worked well, not central air but several window units (Noisy). Upstairs half bath is nice but looks like there's a shower under construction. Hopefully that will be done soon, as a 3/4 bath upstairs would be a really good renting point. The price was a bit high in my opinion for what you get, but it must just be the area, as I've seen some ridiculously high prices in town there. The cleaning fee was extremely high and unreasonable in my opinion. Also, next door was a barking dog that would not shut up, which is extremely annoying when you're on vacation trying to relax. I did not see that in any other reviews, and I wish people would say that in reviews, because I would pass on that property for a quieter place. Overall, a good experience but not quite 5 star.

Weekend in South Haven

Nice location. Property okay/beds comfortable. Initial appearance was clean , but several places (bathroom sinks, some kitchen items) overlooked. Wifi did not work. Master bedroom AC didn't work well (though it was a very hot weekend). Overall ok stay but would not repeat.

Great Stay in Safe Neighborhood!

William's home was in a safe, pleasant neighborhood with a long driveway big enough for 3 cars. We were extremely happy that downtown was an easy 10-15 minute walk via sidewalks! The furniture as well as mattresses were all very comfortable. We enjoyed the nice gathering space and large dining room table to watch movies and play board games. The galley kitchen was nice with plenty of dishware, silverware, and cooking utensils. We only ate breakfast there - however the two non-stick Teflon skillets were scratched up so much that we were afraid to use them - made scrambling eggs or flipping pancakes difficult. It was obvious that previous renters damaged them as there were no TEFLON cooking utensils available for them to use. There were plenty of window AC units and ceiling fans which all worked well. All four of us took turns showering in one bathroom and never ran out of hot water with good water pressure! Towels were plentiful and so soft! Shampoo, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid were available but no bar soap or body wash. We just went to Walmart for it, which was close. The upstairs bedroom had a half bath connected to it. (There was a bed in the loft area which we didn't use.) William was easy to reach and responded very quickly and professionally whenever necessary. Loved being here!
