Stayed here many times since it's close to my jobsite up in Clarksville. Only ever had a single major issue and it was taken care of promptly after letting the staff know. The rooms are nothing special since it's a small hotel in a small town, but even on that scale it's still above average. Right on the main street so you can walk anywhere you want, and there's a brewery right next to the hotel if that's your kind of thing.

Excellent service! I asked for sugar free maple syrup for my waffle which they did not have. The next morning there was a bottle of sugar free maple syrup on my table. That's what I call Excellent service! They also gave us everything we asked for during our stay including extra towels. And when we complained about our noisy neighbors, they moved us to a quiet room on the other side of the building free of charge! I highly recommend this hotel.

It was OK. Big kingroom. The bed was on a metal platform and it's squeaked every time you touch the bed. In our room and throughout the property was the most garish flower displays I've ever seen. They were faded and weathered, and quite honestly, looked like casket spreads. We did notice there was a funeral home within walking distance. They may be affiliated with it. There was massive cobwebs with ancient dead bugs in the corners of our room. But at least he didn't charge us a deposit checking in. Check in was quick, easy and friendly enough. I also do not appreciate that.There was no elevator and I did not know that until we got there.

Excellent views of the Lake! Nice location. Beautiful flowers in the vases outside of the hotel that added a special touch. Staff went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable, Safe and Relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.
