Experience Rhode Island coastal charm at this 3-bedroom cottage that sleeps up to eight. Nestled in the highly sought after seaside enclave of Snug Harbor, this quaint cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort, character, and modern amenities--ideal for summertime getaways or remote work. Sleeping accommodations include one queen bed, one full bed, one twin bed, two twin trundles, and an oversized chair that converts to a twin bed. The master bedroom suite is comprised of the entire top level, with a queen bed and sitting area that provides additional twin sleeping space with a convertible chair. The master suite spills over onto an upper level deck with panoramic water views overlooking Point Judith Pond and Potter Pond. Imagine morning coffee enveloped in sea breeze and the sights and sounds of the passing Block Island ferry. There are two bedrooms on the ground level containing a full bed and twin bed, respectively, each also having a twin size trundle. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. The dining area accommodates indoor dining and a small seating/gathering area overlooking the lower deck and backyard. This cottage is adjacent to two others and served by a shared driveway. There is potential for sleeping two, four or six additional persons by booking one or both adjacent cottages, subject to availability. This setting is just 1.5 miles from East Matunuck Beach via pedestrian route--bike or walk there without waiting in summer traffic. Stroll next door for breakfast at Snug Harbor Marina Grill. You are also steps from local marinas, a public boat launch, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, and ball fields. If you are looking for a break from the peace and serenity that this location offers, take a ten minute drive to Matunuck Beach Road for live music at the Ocean Mist or ocean side views at The Pub in Matunuck. Great Cottage

Cottage is larger than it appears in the pictures. Host was very responsive. Marina next door has friendly staff with easy and delicious food options. Great spot from which to explore the area!

Graduation weekend

Clean and quaint - nicely renovated. Beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable. Dog friendly is a real plus. Owner was very responsive to a few minor things. The location near Matunick Beach is convenient and the views from the upper deck out over the marina are fantastic. We had a full house with family for JWU graduation weekend and could not have been more pleased. It would be a great destination for extended family with the other two cottages on the property. Only wish there would have been one fully fenced in space

Graduation weekend

We were there for my son's graduation. The place says sleeps 8 which would have been perfect for the adult family members attending. Unfortunately some of the twin beds listed were trundle beds, which are not very good for adults. My family also said the mattresses were very uncomfortable. If these issues are addressed this will be a great spot for future renters. The place was very clean and near many restaurants and the beach. Overall it was a pleasant place to stay

Very dangerous stairs to the lower level which were not mentioned in the description. Also the gas range was in need of a professional. Very heavy gas smell and an extremely large flame. Hence the grates were dirty with soot and needed cleaning The house is in a great location and was clean other than the cooktop. With these safety issues resolved, I would change my rating.
