LOWER LEVEL

- Primary Bedroom: California King bed, and 1 pullout sofa bed (linens provided)

- Bedroom: 1 full bed and 1 twin XL

- Full bathroom in the primary bedroom



UPPER LEVEL

- Loft with foosball table, digital piano, couch and 55" TV, desk/work station.

- Bedroom: Two twin over full bunk sets (4 beds total)

- Bedroom: Queen bedroom

MIDDLE / ENTRY LEVEL

- Mudroom type entrance with a coat rack, bench, and cubbies for your gear, bookcase / games / chalkboard, leading into the main sitting area with gas fireplace, 50" TV, and kitchen

- Full kitchen with dining table can sit 6, with a couple extra benches at the breakfast bar

- Deck has a propane BBQ with an extra full tank

- Side room is a dart room w/a bar shelf and stools

- Half bathroom

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

We do not have central air conditioning, but we did install window air conditioning units in the two upstairs bedrooms and there are extra fans in all of the bedrooms. Leaving the upstairs bedroom doors open with the A/C on in both rooms during the day helps cool the upper and middle level if needed. Nights are cool and many times A/C isn't needed (which is why most homes in Tahoe don't have A/C), but this helps keep the home comfortable during those hot summer days.



Guest Access:

You will have private access to the entire cabin and property, excluding one locked owner closet. Enjoy all indoor areas, including the kitchen, dining room, and game room. Outdoors, you have exclusive use of the backyard, balcony, and hot tub, plus garage parking. All amenities are for your private use during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Our home is perfectly situated for Tahoe adventures. Hiking, biking, and snowshoeing trails are just a minute's walk away. You are also close to top attractions, with Heavenly eight miles away, Sierra at Tahoe thirteen miles, and Kirkwood thirty miles. Pope, Baldwin, and Camp Richardson beaches are within six miles. For groceries, Raley's is three miles away and Whole Foods is seven miles, making it easy to prepare meals in our fully equipped kitchen.



Getting Around:

We recommend traveling by car for the best flexibility in the Tahoe area. We provide free parking for up to four vehicles on the premises, but street parking is strictly prohibited. While public transportation exists, having a vehicle is ideal for reaching nearby ski resorts like Heavenly, eight miles away, or Sierra at Tahoe, thirteen miles away. Reno Tahoe International Airport is the closest major hub and is typically a ninety minute drive depending on seasonal traffic.
