It’s a family friendly hotel but most guests were not watching their children or respecting curfews/noise ordinances. We had to call the front desk because a family was stomping and jumping on the fourth floor above us. The staff at the best that they could to help remedy the situation, but unfortunately it went on most of the evening into the early morning so just be advised it is a good family hotel. We’d probably would consider staying there again but would ask for the fourth floor, so nobody was above us.

The hotel is clean and the location is great, but our experience was honestly very frustrating. At night, the AC would turn on every 30-40 minutes even though we turned the thermostat off. The noise was so loud it felt like having a motorcycle in the room, and we couldn’t sleep either night. What made it worse was the response from the Front Desk and management. They basically told us there was nothing they could do and that all rooms were the same. There was no maintenance available at night to even take a look at the AC. Customer service felt very cold and dismissive. It seems like they get this complaint a lot and are already used to it, but nothing is being done. Overall, it felt like they just didn’t care. The lack of empathy and support was really disappointing.
