At Heavenly Vista you are surrounded by unobstructed lake views while being just minutes from Stateline and Heavenly Ski Resort. The home offers spacious bedrooms 3 of which are en-suite and 2 rollaways. This space is family friendly and provides 3 separate living areas for large groups to enjoy, including an attached suite with kitchenette. Additional amenities include: steam shower, multiple fridges & dishwashers, high speed internet, and parking for 7 cars.

​​​​​​​Real estate in Lake Tahoe's Montgomery Estates is consistently one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in all of South Lake Tahoe for many reasons. Located within the middle section of Pioneer Trail, there is easy access for people coming from the Bay Area over Hwy 50, just off Pioneer Trail. Heavenly Vista is approximately four miles to the Heavenly Mountain skiing resort from door to door. The Montgomery Estates neighborhood is primarily local and second home residents, as well as many vacation renters due to the differing rental permit regulations. While Montgomery Estates is technically located in El Dorado County, it's right on the edge of the city limits so you're located in the middle of all the action, but can also enjoy a private forested setting. Most of the South Lake Tahoe beaches, outdoor recreation, shopping, dining and entertainment venues are all within five to ten minutes of one's front door. The lots throughout the area are generally larger and more spread out as compared to the majority of South Shore neighborhoods and allow for greater privacy and quiet environments. Most of the properties are large, custom homes with beautiful views of Lake Tahoe and Mt. Tallac. Nearly every home in the area is within a short walk to miles of endless trails ideal for hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing. Heavenly Vista is a few hundred yards from the trailhead.

This home was perfect for our birthday celebration with family. Clean with all the amenities you could want. Great spaces to gather as a family and spaces for private time. Less than 12 minute drive to shopping, restaurants, casino etc.. Host was very responsive and helpful when we had a question. Definitely would book again.

Heavenly Vista was a such a gorgeous place. We stayed here for a snowboarding weekend with a group of 15 people and 1 dog and spent most of our time in the extra large living room/kitchen area while in the home. The round table in the living room was great for game night, and the long dining table was nice as we were able to seat 15 people comfortably for meals. The hosts were friendly and helpful when we reached out. We would 100% recommend this place for large groups and will look to staying here again!

Absolutely brilliant design of the house. The views were spectacular. This place is made for a groups of 8-12 people. I always love places that are family owned vs investor owned. They are so much more taken care of. Well stocked with spices and cookware. Plenty of bathrooms and a awesome steam shower in the master bedroom (mine). The internet was a little spotty, who cares as this was just the Universe telling us to be more present. Great location, 45 min Kirkwood (best ski area I ever skied) 10 minutes to Heavenly and an hour to Northstar. I could write a book on how great this place this is and what a great time we had. Thank you so much for letting us use your well cared for vacation house. A

Overall this was a great property for our large group of 13. The upstairs kitchen / dining / communal area offered stunnning views of the mountains and was an idea space for everyone to congregate to eat, watch tv, play games, read and visit.There were a few maintenance issues (availability of hot water for showers, malfunctioning second dishwasher, inoperable second clothes dryer, challenges moderating thermostats consistently throughout the house), and given the holiday, we were unable to resolve them during our stay. However, the responsiveness of the property manager was very good though.

Fabulous and Spacious Home

Truly our stay was fantastic. The home was decorated so nice, and the gigantic steam shower in The master bath is quite the experience! Our large family all had room to spread out and we absolutely loved our time there for the 4th of July.

Oh the view!

This home has an incredible view of the lake and several floors where everyone could have their own space or be together. Very well appointed home and the location is so close to everything we like to do in South Lake Tahoe (bike, hike, boat, beach). Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay with Everything You Need

This is our second time staying in this beautiful house! We had a big group of families with young kids between the ages of 4-10 and it was perfect for everyone! The house has all the amenities you'd need during your stay and the host was always quick to answer any questions. The house was clean and the views are amazing, I'm sure we'll be coming here again!

Family reunion
