A recently remodeled condo in close proximity to all your favorite Tahoe adventures. This three-story townhome in the Lakeland Village community features an open-concept living room with a cozy fireplace and big-screen TV. The condo includes two bedrooms, a loft, and two bathrooms, perfect for a family of 8.

The open-concept living room with vaulted ceilings & comfy leather seating for 6 is the perfect gathering place to unwind. Gather in front of the fireplace, watch a movie on the big screen, play chess or checkers at the game table, or hang out at the 4 bar stools while the cooks are busy in the kitchen. The modern dining table seats 6.

The primary bedroom on the ground floor has a California king bed, cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is also on the ground floor with 2 queen beds and cable TV. The open loft on the third floor overlooks the living room and has a queen-size bed. Bedroom 2 & the loft share bathroom 2 on the ground floor.

We had more than enough space between the three bedrooms and living spaces. Extra blankets, towels, and other helpful items were provided.The kitchen was filled with everything we needed to cook meals, including pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, and a full set of spices (which you don’t often see at a rental). Plus, there was a coffee maker with coffee at the ready, a hot water machine for pour-overs and tea, and a toaster to prepare our breakfast sandwiches.The beds were extremely comfortable, and it was nice and quiet as we slept peacefully through the nights. As a bonus, there are TVs in the rooms in case you want to relax in bed. There’s also two bathrooms so you are more than covered.This unit includes many incredible amenities. For example, there’s a gym, sauna, multiple pools, a hot tub, community center, dock, firepits, and private beach. During the day we strolled on the quiet beach, and one night we walked out on the dock and felt like we were standing in the middle of the lake, gazing up at the star-filled sky.Check in was a breeze. The property management company made it so easy to do self-check-in and were always prompt to communicate back to us.I highly recommend staying here.
