Lakeland Village lodge units provide an ideal location for guests seeking convenient access to nearby attractions. Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months, and additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

About the Area:
Lakeland Village is one of the best locations in South Lake Tahoe, just one block west of Ski Run Blvd. The lakefront resort is a short 2-mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort and within walking distance to Whole Foods, CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, and bowling alleys. The resort offers a wealth of amenities, including two heated pools, a kiddie pool, two shared hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness center, a private beach and pier, lakeside patio fire pits, and boat buoys on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.
