Lakeland Village Beach and Mountain Resort provides an array of amenities including 1000 feet of beach, pier w/ boat buoys (first come first served), clubhouse, fitness center, sauna, lakeside firepits, and plenty of lake and mountain sport rental shops nearby. Enjoy the beach, 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, sauna, a cozy gas fireplace & air conditioning, making it perfect for a romantic retreat or family adventure.

Lakeland Village lodge units provide an ideal location for guests seeking convenient access to nearby attractions. Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many of our guests have found it to be a worthwhile trade-off for the proximity to the area’s main activities. The unit comes equipped with a wall-mounted air conditioning unit to maintain a cool temperature during summer months, and additional fans are provided to enhance comfort. Please note, due to the layout, loft areas may feel warmer, but thoughtful cooling solutions are in place to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Lakeland Village is just minutes away from Heavenly Mountain Resort & walking distance to Whole Foods Market & CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs & bowling. Amenities include 2 heated pools plus a kiddie pool (lakeside pools open during summer months), two shared hot tubs, a shared sauna, a fitness center, beach, pier, shared BBQs during the summer & fire pits on the lakeside patio & boat buoys available first-come first served.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.
