Not to mention, the free WiFi, plush furnishings, and two TVs with streaming capabilities will be ideal for any downtime spent indoors.

Sitting right on Lake Tahoe Blvd, you won't find a better location than this when it comes to experiencing the local shops, restaurants, and boutiques in town. Indulge in a day on the lake by simply walking to the sandy shore or renting a kayak, paddleboard, or boat to get out on the water. Come winter, the fresh powder will be calling your name, so make your way over to Heavenly Mountain Resort two miles away and show off your skills on many runs.

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There may be a camera on the front porch of the unit, but never inside the home.


Ski shuttle details: Check for availability with the Ski Resorts. Lakeland Village does not provide transportation.


Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no diving or jumping off the dock, and no fishing.




Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
