What makes this large 4 bedroom home so special is that it backs to forested land with a seasonal river just steps beyond the back deck. This home is perfect for the nature enthusiast that still wants to be close to town. Lots of backyard exploring to be had here! Located right off Black Bart you can easily walk or bike to restaurants like Cold Water Brewery or Scusa`s Italian for a delicious meal year round!

Important Info - There is parking for up to 4 cars, 2 on the driveway and 2 in the garage. - This home is not pet friendly. - Like most homes in Tahoe, this home does NOT have AC. If coming during July or August, it can be in the mid 80s. We do provide fans.
Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked owner closets.
Rental Agreement After you book with us we will message you some questions in order to get to know you better. We will also send over our rental agreement for you to sign.
Checking In You will check in by going right to the home using the digital keypad located on the front door. Your code will be messaged to you 2 days before you arrive.
Communication You can get ahold of us anytime on the app or via our local phone number. However, there may be delays after 6pm when we are home with our families. We have a QR code guest book on the fridge that has a wealth of information in it and can help answer most questions.
Vacation Rental Ordinance We welcome guests who are in compliance with El Dorado County`s Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be a charge of up to $2,000 to cover county fines. In rare cases, guests may be asked to leave our home and forfeit their reservation. We do our best to communicate with and warn our guests before it comes to that. Thank you for your doing your part to keep Tahoe a safe and friendly place to live and visit for years to come! :)
