I had asked for some housekeeping items to be replenished since the very next morning that I stayed there and never got them replaced throughout the entirety of the weekend. I was using the same towels from the very first night to shower with even though I was told they would be replaced as well as never getting the trashes picked up during our stay too.

I don’t like the space. There’s no kitchen. You cannot simply call valet for your car, you have to go down. Laundry is free, and hot tub was okay, game room could be fun, location directly activated street from tram at Heavenly but the walk is not easy if conditions are bad or at the end of day. I’d prefer driving across street, just easier. Finally, it’s quiet and clean and if you’re just here to recreate perfect I guess. I prefer full kitchen also love a sauna, which they have.

I’ve stayed here many times over the last twenty years. To me what really makes the difference is the valet/bell staff. They are so friendly and helpful. If you are skiing at Heavenly, the location can’t be beat.

Great location to ski slope. Easy to walk across the street to the lift. Staff was very friendly and the place had a great lobby that was large with TV’s, gas fire places, and plenty of seating areas for groups or singles. The only thing that would have made it better would be to have an onsite bar and some food options.

Bummer that they do not allow our car or luggage be parked or stored there after checking out, so if you want to spend even just a couple of hours in the mountain, you gave to deal with getting a parking spot at Heavenly, not to mention moving everything out of the room early.

The Front Office staff is really nice and helpful. I was disappointed that they do not have a restaurant on property. They only have a small coffee shop and market with a few essentials being offered. There aren’t many restaurants within walking distance to this hotel so it’s a shame that they don’t have a restaurant located on property.
