There is a bedroom (with a king bed), and a bathroom on the entry / main / lower level. The remaining bedrooms and bathroom are on the upper level.

* Patio furniture is put away in late fall and brought back out after the snow melts in spring.



Guest Access:

You will have full and private access to this entire five bedroom house, including all common areas such as the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. Outdoors, you are welcome to enjoy the private fenced in yard, patio, and balcony, as well as the relaxing hot tub, sauna, and BBQ grill area. Please note that the garage is available for your use and the entire property is yours to enjoy, with the exception of one locked owner closet.

Getting Around:

We recommend arriving by car for the most convenient experience. Our property offers a spacious driveway and garage with parking for four vehicles. While public shuttles are available, having your own car is ideal for exploring local ski resorts, casinos, and hiking trails. The Reno Tahoe International Airport is located about ninety minutes away by car.
