Nestled among towering pines in a tranquil South Lake Tahoe neighborhood, this 5BD/4BA home offers a one-of-a-kind getaway for families and groups. Convenient access to the Powerline and Cold Creek trails right from the house. Featuring a luxurious primary suite, unique hunting-inspired decor, hot tub, sauna, pool table, and multiple decks with forest and filtered lake views.

The upstairs living room is a cozy space with two couches, a fireplace, and big-game hunting decor including mounted animals. The downstairs living room is spacious and unique with four large couches, a 55" TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, and a centerpiece stuffed bear. The game room features a pool table, darts, vintage slot machine, and board games. The kitchen has tiled countertops, a full-sized fridge, KitchenAid appliances, two stove ranges, two ovens, a microwave, and dishwasher. Coffee options include Keurig and Hamilton Beach 12-cup brewer. Dining seats 8 at the table and 6 at the kitchen island.

This was a perfect place to stay with a family with plenty of room to hang out. Loved the hot tub with a view of Lake Tahoe! Location was also great to explore some local restaurants and house was like being at home with a great equipped kitchen for a rental Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay— beautifully located near everything! Originally we came up for snowboard which turned into a fishing trip due to the early warm weather this year. Perfect for a group of friends who just like hanging in the woods!Only feedback is a that couple of the sliding doors that lead to the patio are off the track and extremely hard to open. Other than that, just don’t get startled by the bear deterring siren like me!

We had a great stay overall! The carpet was a bit damp, and the sheets seemed heavy with detergent, maybe they could use an extra rinse. Other than that, everything was wonderful. Having some coffee available for future guests would be a nice touch. Thanks again!

A heavenly cabin retreat for skiing at Heavenly

Space had everything we needed for a lovely ski vacation weekend getaway. The different floors allowed for groups to do their thing without getting in the way of eachother, but was large enough when we all gathered together. Hot tub after a day on the slopes surrounded by snow is heavenly, and I dont meant the resort. Hosts had good communication and there were clear instructions for the property. Would stay again!

Disappointed

The property management company was a bit much. They continuously emailed and texted us to remind the details of the contract and check out times. This created an uneasy feeling leading up and throughout the stay making it difficult to enjoy ourselves. The space was nice but outdated. The main bathroom is moldy and the kitchen needs major renovation. I would recommend staying if you didn’t go through the property management company.. definitely not worth the price tag.
