We had a large group stay during Thanksgiving. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay there. The home was beautiful with plenty of room and the kitchen was the best we have ever had w a rental . It was fully stocked w quality cookware and utensils which was very nice. We made some great memories that will last forever. If you’re looking to book across from the beach, this is it!!!

Wonderful beach vacation home!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home with an ocean view. The beach is right across the street and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our family had a wonderful Easter vacation here!

Amazing location and views

Location of this home is perfect! Clear ocean view and walking distance to many places. House was clean and was as described. Very minor suggestion would be to have more cleaning items available, we like to keep a clean and tidy home while together. This was a girls trip for the 50 ages. A few more bath towels would have been nice as well. Kitchen was well stocked and we thoroughly enjoyed our time together in this home.

Family Reunion

We have our annual family reunion in SPI every year on Labor Day weekend. This year we needed to accommodate more family members staying in one house. This house was perfect. It was clean, and the beach access was great.

Ocean adventure

The property was perfect for our extended family. We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect when accessing the beach with 5 children ages 7 and under. The pool was perfect with several hours of both sun and shade. Everyone had a very comfortable place to sleep and shower. The shaded decks over looking w beach were a bonus.

Great value, beautiful location

Our family drove down from MN and we were very pleased when we got there. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and the back yard pool area was fun even in the Feb rain. The view is breathtaking. The balcony’s offer a relaxing space to unwind and listen to the lullaby of the ocean. The kids enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the hot tub and having a nice driveway to park the golf carts. Great family friendly amenities We would stay again!

Great Experience, perfect spot!

The property was spotless when we arrived. Access code was given in plenty of time before our arrival. The layout was perfect for our family and friends. 1st level entry with bunks for the teenage boys, and a private bedroom/bath for the "chaperone" adults, plus a pool table and easy access to the swimming pool to keep the teens occupied. The second level is the heart of the beach house. The kitchen (with labels on the cabinets) was well laid out. Plenty of room to cook, eat, and relax. Great balcony view of Gulf Blvd, and the Gulf itself beyond the public beach access. Speaking of Beach Access, it's simply a walk across the street. On this same level are two bedrooms, a utility room w/sink, outside stairs to the pool area, and a small desk nook. The top floor has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, an outside balcony just above the 2nd-floor balcony (same view). Adjacent to the Master is a small closed bedroom; however, the occupants must share the Master Bath or use the 2nd-floor bath, not a biggie. Overall there is plenty of lighting with TVs and fans in every room. The AC performed very well (downright cold!), just remember to keep the door closed when checking in or out. The humidity can freeze up an air conditioner in no time. We had no issue with the AC as we made sure we had someone man the door as we moved in and out. We had an incident with a shower door but the property manager stayed on top of it and took care of us. Not too many negatives here. We would have liked some darkening curtains or shades for our late sleepers and a garden hose by the outside shower to wash off our beach gear but those are minor inconveniences. The pool was like bath water, again a minor inconvenience, but what do you expect in the summer heat. Nevertheless, we used it quite a bit as well as the BBQ pit. We've frequently vacationed in So Padre for the last 30+ years and have rented many beach homes and condos. Aside from one we rented several years ago right on the beach (which was much smaller), this is the best rental experience we've ever had.

We loved the beautiful home. The manager went out of her way to make us comfortable and dealt immediately with a few small requests we had. The kitchen was equipped with anything one might need. All in all, it was perfect for us and our family.

Great house with beach access

Awesome house with plenty of room right across the street from a beach access. Some minor issues when we checked in, master bathroom light didn't work, downstairs stove won't come one but, they were quickly resolved by the owner. Only caution I would say is be careful on the outside stairs after being in the pool as it can get very slippery when wet. Overall, great place at a great location.

Awesome location!

Location is great. Pool & hot tub were used a lot. Pictures on the website are old. House is in need of updates. Dishwasher didn't work ~~ not fun with so many guests. Washer & dryer worked great. Patio furniture needs to be replaced. Mattie was great to work with. She helped out as best as she could. We had a great time but I feel for what we paid, the home should have been so much better.

Being with family fulfills all your prayers for happiness. Be prepared to “supply” even the most basic needs, right down to trash can liners for the kitchen. Convenient walk to the beach, pool is adequate. Overall experience, “okay”.

Great location and property for a large gathering!

This house is at a prime location! It is directly across the street from the beach with no blocking houses, so you have direct view. Right in front of property is beach access. Also, the house was clean, had ample room for a large gathering, and nice private pool. The property manager Mattie was very responsive to texts and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
