Perfect spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the place was spacious enough for all of us in our group. I liked how close it is to the beach access. There were a few minor issues when we arrived however we received a very quick response back and everything was handled quickly. I think there are a few minor upgrades that could be made but overall the place was great, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a space for large groups.

Arrived to find A/C serviceman in condo, this should’ve been done prior. Front and backyard full of weeds and sand burrs. Pool was dirty and had sand burrs, not useable. Broken MBR toilet seat.

i was a little nervous when we first walked in, we had a couple of lights and fans that weren’t working and the pool was green, but klaus was great! i messaged him and her replied back quickly and had the problems fixed with in an hour! the house is just a short walk to the beach, and it was great! definitely would stay again!

Great location to the beach!

If you're looking for a great location to the beach this is it! It was nice to be able to walk straight to the beach and not have to load up a car. The beach access even had rinse off stations so you didn't have to worry about bringing the beach home. The property itself was nice. Beds were comfortable. It could use a few updates in the kitchen. We brought our dog and was disappointed that there wasn't any "green space" outside on the property for it to do its business. Always had to take it for a walk. Washing machine didn't work but owner said he would get it fixed. The property owner was great to get back to us quick if we needed something. Overall my family and I had a great time!

Great vacation

Klaus was easy to reach and quick to reply from the start. The place is across the street from a beach access point. It’s clean, quiet, comfortable, close to everything and has all you need. We had all our meals on the big table on the patio. It was a truly relaxing week.

We made some great memories

This place was awesome! Klaus was very fast and responsive to any questions I had. He was a great host! Everything was available to us and all we had to do was throw out the trash. No complaints whatsoever, everyone enjoyed themselves, we definitely made some great memories. The house was roomy and clean. The pool was great, he even had a pool cleaner come the next day to clean the pool, which is nice to know he keeps on top of everything. The beach is also very close too, wish we had more time to stay but it was worth the days we were there. I 100% recommend staying here, great host, great place. Thanks again Klaus!

Had so much fun at this property. Walking distance to beach. Super close to Wanna Wanna (super good pina coladas!). The house comes with some beach toys/ mats. The pool in the back is really nice as well. Plenty of space for our group of 8!
