Welcome to 204 W Acapulco. Boasting 4,300 living square feet, this 8 bedroom home can sleep up to 27 people, in beds, making it a premier vacation rental property for large family groups. The first floor has brand new flooring installed as of 2026! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and new stainless steel appliances you will need to prepare delicious meals. The first floor living area is equipped with a pool table in addition to a newest model large screen TV. The backyard is easily accessible through the living/dining area. This beautifully landscaped backyard offers a private heated pool and hot tub where guests can relax and let their cares float away with the island breeze. This home has several balconies... 1400 square feet of balconies! The 2nd and 3rd floors have balconies on the front and back of the house. Guests can park their vehicles in the spacious two car garage and in the driveway.

This home is located within walking distance of the entertainment district, local shops, and restaurants so you are never to far away from a good time. With two separate living areas and a sun room on the 3rd floor there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax when they are not out by the pool. Six large flat screen televisions means no one will have to miss the big game or their favorite show. If you want to get out of the house the sandy beaches of South Padre Island are just minutes away.

Every stay at 204 W Acapulco includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. Beautiful spacious home

This home was big enough for my whole family of 16 people. The rooms are the size of a hotel room. My family had a blast. Everything is walking distance. The neighbors were friendly.The only down side was racial slurs yelled at my children.

There was plenty of space plus extra for the 10 of us that stayed. It was like being on vacation with a group of people but also having enough space to have your own time your spouse! The property was comfortable, the pool was dirty the first night not able to use the pool the first night, and the trash cans in the house were extremely dirty. There was a power outage for about 10 hrs on Saturday making our whole day awful and hot in the house and our food went bad. And pet friendly we couldn't take our pet not realizing the pet restrictions were 30lbs and under.

The property was nice, we had a great time and a great work out climbing the stairs. Wifi wasn’t too great but luckily we were there for the beach and pool. Highly recommend, big cozy house for a large group. The house had, napkins, toilet paper, detergent, dish soap and a sponge to clean dishes wish. There was also a dishwasher with soap.

We had a great time at this rental. Great location and within walking distance to everything. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. The pool table was also great. Nice big kitchen which was well stocked. The only problem was the water had to be turned off part of a day because of a city issue. We celebrated two birthdays and our 50th wedding anniversary. Perfect place for our whole family. Thank you for a very memorable vacation with our family.

Annual Hunting/Fishing Trip

This is the 5th time we have stayed at this house. For the most part it is perfect. However, the Stove needs to be replaced. It takes forever to cook on the stove and the oven has a burnt out element. In addition, the fire detectors constantly go off when the kitchen gets smoky making bacon.

We had a great time. The place is awesome and we could walk to the beach. We were located on the bay side but not a far walk to the ocean side. Great food every where we went. Weather was a little on the chilly side so we didn't get to use the pool as much as we wanted but we found lots of fun places to hang. Rode horses on the beach and there was a lot of good music everywhere. Great memories ❤️
