The wait staff and beach bar were excellent. The cleaning staff was non existent. We could not get towels or our room cleaned without multiple contacts with the front desk. The entire facility is in need of maintenance.

The room had holes in certain particular areas like the furniture and walls. Our restroom space the toilet was short of being inside the shower so tight. Twice the staff were more attentive to their needs than the people who were staying at the hotel. For example some employee was talking to the desk attendant about some other employee and the three people waiting that actually paid to stay there had to wait until they were done with their conversation. This happened again at the food station by the pool. Employees talking meeting about who was where and what were they doing. I was acknowledged told to Wait but then the conversation kept going I left to be with my family instead and did tell a manager that was at the outside bar. Before checking out we also noticed some mold smell we told the receptionist and she laughed, I told her you all need to check that she didn't seem to care.

Room was clean with two queen size beds. We had more than enough space to be super comfortable. Our beach view was amazing! We will definately look to stay there again!

Went to check in and they said i didn't have a room. I literally paid in advanced. They said they over booked. I said there was no way they didnt have a room. They didnt said they couldnt do anything. I blew up, raised hell, and just stood and waited. After about 15 minutes, suddenly they had a room. Complete and total BS! No one canceled, no one didn't show. They just had room all of a sudden. This place has gone to hell. I have been booking here for every Starship flight and they have gotten progressively worse.

For the hotel to be classified as a resort I honestly expected better. When using the ice machine, I noticed there were many roaches in the ice itself. However, I was dismissed by the front desk when I let them know of the issue we had encountered. Besides this issue, everything else was fine. Pools were clean and the rest of the staff was friendly. Rooms could have been in better condition.
