This charming 2 bedroom, 2 & 1/2 bathroom condominium is located directly on the beach and provides guests with the best views of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as the Laguna Madre Bay. The living area is spacious and features a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is located off the living area and has all major appliances (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and stove). The kitchen is also fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils. The master bedroom is large and has a king size bed and a flat screen TV. The condominium offers plenty of sleeping space for guests. The guest bedroom entails two queen size beds, flat screen TV, private bathroom and a kitchenette. With windows outlining the southeast side of the condominium, guests have ocean views from all rooms!

The condo features a balcony off the living room that provides beautiful views of the beach for miles and miles! Unfortunately we did not know that the property next to us had a permit to have their music blasting so loud that even with all the background noise we tried to have in the condo (vents & TV noise) you could still hear every word of every song till 2:00 am!!! I understand it’s the beginning of March & spring break is starting but we would not have stayed here if we knew about the noise levels. Love the view & location but it does need some renovations (paint peeling) & a deep cleaning.

Check in process with SPI (property manger) ruined first part of my day. The kids working there are nice but sent us in circles and wouldn’t give us parking pass to enter the property until I complained. We had arrived early that morning to have full day at beach. Then when we entered the condo, furniture was very dirty and walls needed to be re-painted. The worst part was the refrigerator needs to be replaced and issues with it cause the ice maker to freeze up. Another issue is the AC won’t cool under 73 during day and 70 night. HVAC needs to replaced at the building. To top off the experience, only one elevator was working and took us an hour to get from our condo to our car with luggage. Overall, property management is a pain at check in, unit is not kept up well and building itself needs to be updated and maintained better. Will never stay at Saida or Royale again.

THE VIEW WAS AMAZING FROM OUR CONDO AND EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH. ONLY 1 ELEVATOR WORKED AND WE HAD TO GET OUR KEY CARD CHANGED A FEW TIMES. THEY EXPLAINED THE CARD SWIPERS ARE OLD. IT WAS AN INCONVENIENCE. OTHERWISE THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND WE REALLY HAD A GREAT TIME.

We came on spring break and the weather was cold and rainy the whole time. The one pool was heated so spent alot of time there with our kids. Overall it ended up being relaxing.

I do not recomend

The furnishings are filthy and outdated. When we first got there it felt like there were bed bugs or something causing an itchy feeling. Master bath needs updating as well. Shower doors hard to open and close. Would not stay there again until it was deep cleaned, updated and newly furnished. 1st time user of VRBO and was a total let down.

Nice location, nice condo, easy access to the beach.

Overall, the condo is nice for it's age. There is a picture of a stairway but no description. The website did not make it clear that the 2 bedrooms are on the same floor as the main living rooms. The stairway leads to a roof top. No furniture up there and really no useful.

This was the worst vacation. There was no food pantry, Most of the chairs had stains on them!

SPI moved us to this condo because of the workers for a ocean view. We were woken up at 7:00am every morning. They came onto our balcony for 2 days and lefts an absolute mess that we couldn’t even use the balcony! Would not recommend booking this condo or through SPI.

Clean. Well stocked kitchen appliances & utensils. Stocked toiletries ( tp, shampoo...). Jessica easy to reach and very helpful with check in and late check out. Master has a queen ( we put a twin air mattress in front of master closet. One bedroom has double no spare room in there. 3rd bedroom 2 doubles. 2 pull out couches. Lots of spare bed linens. Lots of towels. Could have used a few more wash clothes & a kitchen towel. Nice balcony easily seats 4-5 with view of ocean & waterway. Parking lot super close. Great walkway in back of building. Nice beach. Short 1 minute walk to park. Ping pong & tiki bar by pool. Building staff friendly & helpful. Only 1 of 3 pools open during our stay due to construction. 2 small hot tubs.
