Room was spacious and clean. Ceilings are very poorly insulated. We were in a room under a family with young kids who were running and jumping incessantly after 11pm. I couldn’t go to sleep and ended up complaining at the front desk . They responded appropriately. However, with the floors lacking carpeting and insulation, this is probably a very common issue . For older guests like us who want some peace and quiet, this hotel is not ideal .

Yes, and yes, there was some confusion on billing. They try to do an all inclusive, which is a bit confined to the hotel all season, but everybody was courteous that I don’t know if I’d stay there again.
