I was happy to be a guest at La Copa. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The room was nice and clean, the pool area is great, plenty of seating. The cafe on site makes delicious pizza and sandwiches and drinks at a reasonable price. No reason to leave the premises. Great stay. Thank you

The only real complaint we have with this hotel is the bed and pillows! Both of which are VERY hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, it's a great place.

The beds were squeaky and HARD. Pillows as well. The balcony was tiny and you could hear construction the whole day. For a second I thought it was the neighbors but it was indeed the workers. I even saw a cockroach by the bed. Never staying again.

The remodeling seems to be a slow work in progress, but it's nice. There are some things that should be replaced but weren't, like our sink faucet, and doors and door handles, etc.
