Outdoor Recreation
A large patio spans the front of the vacation condo, offering ample space to enjoy the gulf breezes and spectacular ocean views. Balcony chairs on the patio makes it a perfect place for evening cocktails or casual meals. Our customers love spending time in the balcony which is shaded during most part of the day. In addition to the beach, you can even view the bay from one end of the balcony. Two resort pools including one heated pool (during winter) make it easy to take a dip, while private beach access beckons you to play in the waves. Hot tubs soothe the mind and muscles after a long day, perhaps one of playing tennis on the resort’s court.

Amazing Location

This rental is the best location! Just a few minutes walk to the beach. I love that it is on the ground floor so you can just walk right out the door to the pool or grassy area. I thought it was strange that this place has no hand soap or hand towels in the bathrooms or kitchen. I figured that was something that would have been included and was an inconvenience.

We stayed 41 night stay in Edgewater 107. The beds are very comfortable, the location was great, walking distance to anywhere on the island. The heated pool and hot tub were clean and cared for daily. The biggest concern we found was that outside contractors have access to the unit, twice while we were there people came into the unit without notice, the Hvac and pest control both entered the unit without notice to us. Over all we were very satisfied with our stay, as with any long term stay we found some small issues, the toaster should be replaced the living room furniture could be updated, the ceiling fan in the dinning room didn't work. We would have booked this unit again for next year but when we tried, we found that all the dates we would have wanted were not available, so we booked a different unit in the same building.

Absolutely PERFECT Beach Condo!

We loved this condo so much! It was very clean, beautifully furnished, and perfect amount of space / bedroom size for everyone. It was literally steps away from the (heated) pool and hot tub, and just a quick 3 minute walk to the beach with it’s private access. Will definitely book again and recommend to others! Tip *Bring extra beach towels for yourself and kiddos.

This was our first time to SPI, liked our condo very much especially being on the first floor due to everything we had to take to the beach also easy access to the beach, grocery store, souvenir shop and restaurant. Great security on the premises. The pool was great for the entire family! Had a great time!

Fantastic! Perfect for family with 3 teens.

Love the main level access to the outside. Pool and beach are super close. Pool was heated and perfect for December swimming. We pretty much had the pool and hot tub to ourselves the full week. The building was quiet. Staff was easily available and quick to respond to the questions we had while staying and before our stay. Condo was clean and comfortable. When we come back, this is where we will try to stay.

Our stay was great! We had a very nice family mini-vacation. The location was awesome, and the condo was great. It's spacious, clean, and comfy. We would have liked more stations on the television (had a rainy night). Can't wait to do it again, and will definitely look up this location again.

Amazing time right on the beach !!

Ground floor right next to the pool - perfect for kids. Chris helped us tremendously and we could watch kids swim every night. Short walk to the beach and very few units made it seem like we were alone. Loved the secure entries and location. Thanks for sharing your condo wth our 2 families.

Great Location, walk out to the beach

Loved this place. It was just right for 3 retired ladies wanting to experience South Padre Island for the winter. We each had our own bedroom and room for visitors who came to enjoy the winter sunshine on South Padre Island. We woke up and could walk a few steps and be on the beach or take a swim in the heated pool. The kitchen was well furnished for making a crock pot meal or heating up the delicious leftovers we had from one of the many great restaurants close by.

Perfect getaway on SPI-- Fireworks and all

Edgewater #107 was great! It's on the 1st floor with a super short direct walk to the pool and beach (No elevator rides!!). The condo was nicely furnished, well stocked and was so roomy. The bed configuration was perfect for 3 couples and 2 kids. We would gladly stay there again. The managment staff was also very accomodating and responsive. The walk to the beach was short ( wish it had a wooden path) but it was not bad at all. There were plenty of showers and hoses outside to get rid of the sand. The parking was plenty and loved that everything had a code to get in and out of. We felt very secure. The BEST thing...we could see the weekend fireworks from the front patio...that was totally awesome
