I absolutely loved Margaritaville!! The room was beautiful, staff was friendly, when I was done checking in they gave me a margarita. The dinner at Landshark was delicious and staff there were amazing. We are definitely going back, from the front desk to valet, everyone took care of us!!!

Room was ok. A/C unit was kinda noisy. Patio has 2 Adirondack chairs which are nice, but sit low. So, while seated in them, you needed to peer through dark chicken wire on the balcony railing to catch a glimpse of the ocean. Pool chairs were all dirty. In their Land Shark Cafe, the Mahi sandwich was dry, the burgers only came 'well done' and the restaurant was so humid, the bartenders had personal fans blowing on them. I purchased a "sky view" (high floor) room which only got me on the 6th of 12 floors. My bed sheets had dark, dried-in blood stains the first night. I tried to call the front desk to report it and my room phone was dead; no dial tone. The TVs have the option for "GUEST DEVICES" that does not work. I was unable to stream Netflix, Prime, etc to my TV and instead watched my 17" laptop screen. I had to go down to the front desk to report all this, which basically got me a sympathetic shrug. Jimmy Buffett (RIP) would not approve and is probably rolling in his grave.
