Its a great place to stay. Everything works. The beds are comfortable the inly thing that we didn't find comfortable were the pillows. Kept waking up at night to tey to get comfortable and ended up waking up for my day with a headache. Other than that, everything was great! I will just nring my own pillows.

The only good thing about this property is the beach and the food at the restaurant. The service is terrible. The management is awful and the property needs updating. The pool is small and was disgusting and needs a lot of maintenance done to it. Parking is a nightmare, unless you do valet parking. And they have limited carts, so many guests had to carry their luggage from parking lot to the rooms. To make things worse, the resort was hot and humid from the lobby, hallways and elevator. We had no housekeeping for some reason. So the trash cans in our room were full and we had to ask for clean towels. There is a set of stairs by the beach rental desk that are very dangerous. When I went down with my wife, I slipped but caught myself. However, my wife fell backwards and landed on her shoulder. There was a couple of people behind us, they slipped and almost fell as well. I talked to several people that had issues with those steps and one little girl fell and bruised her back. We left our trip a day early because my wife was in pain from her fall down the wooden steps. When I went to the front desk to tell them we needed to check out early due to my wife’s fall. Not one person at the front desk cared or asked how my wife was feeling. Plus, I was told by the front desk I would have to contact Expedia since that’s who I booked my room through to get my refund. By the way, my wife went to urgent care today, she has a fractured shoulder.

The property was nice. The food portions were big and reasonable. The drinks were strong and prices were reasonable. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had enough towels for the whole family. The only downside is you have to pay for parking every day and you have resort fees. You shouldn’t have to pay for parking at a resort you’re paying to stay in.

It was hot inside the hotel area. Hotel is over rated and over charge. Room was to small. Room phone did not worked. Hotel itself was small. Hotel was not as luxurious as you would expect. I felt like I was staying at a cheap motel but paying for a luxury hotel. To many extra and additional charges with a small parking lot. Will not be going back.
