The room was very large, the bed was comfortable and it was clean. There are a few signs of wear. The building is currently being renovated. The breakfast was amazing with made to order omelets and breakfast tacos.

The partial ocean view was non-existent the 1st night in a 2nd floor room. After talking with rep at front desk at check-in we were told to come back to desk 2nd day to see if we could be moved. We’ve stayed there many times over the years always with partial or ocean view with understanding even partial was 3rd or 4th floor. We were very disappointed and felt we lost a day of vacation and inconvenience to moving 2nd day there. We were moved to an actual partial view room but there was no offer to compensate us for paying for partial room for the 1st night but not receiving what was booked or the inconvenience created with changing rooms. Our booking was made well in advance and feel it should have been available. We are appreciative of finally getting a real partial view room. The staff was wonderful but the check in was not like what we have experienced when staying at Sand Rose or La Quinta over the past 15+ years.

Loved the resort and location. Suggestions: 1. There were renovations in the hotel which were totally understandable. But after I was asleep at 9 pm, workers were doing loud demolition in the bathroom of the room next to me. ARGH!!! 2. My room key hardy worked. It took 15-20 swipes before the light would turn green. I had new keys made and it did not improve. 3. The room needs some maintenance. The toilet runs for about 10 minutes after flushing and the heating/cooling unit was quite loud.

The front desk girls were trying their best, but one seems new and they definitely struggled a bit with checking in everyone. Our suite had a problematic lock, but a quick text to them and they sent someone to fix it. It's an older building, but the service is decent overall.

Good breakfast menu, we had fresh made omelettes, that were good! We had an Ocean view which was great, there was construction going on during our stay, but noise was minimal. My only complaint, walls are paper thin and could hear the people on the floor above us, all night. It seemed like every time they walked around, it sounds like a parade going on. Hard to sleep when you are hearing that at 4:00 am.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with several aspects of my visit. The receptionists were excellent, consistently providing a warm welcome and efficient service upon arrival. The staff overall were highly attentive and clearly well-trained, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly and professionally. The spaciousness of the establishment further added to the comfort and enjoyment of my stay. However, I encountered a significant concern during my visit. I found two cockroaches in my room, which was quite off-putting. Despite the exceptional service and amenities, the presence of pests did impact my overall experience. In conclusion, while the staff and facilities deserve commendation for their efforts and quality, attention to hygiene and cleanliness is crucial. Addressing these issues would enhance the experience and ensure a truly outstanding stay for all guests. Type a message...

Well the room was ok, no bar soap so bring your own. Also they are doing some construction and the alarms went off both night around 10:50pm so was work up both times. We ask the desk clerk and she said due to the construction.Not near a lot of in town stuff so that can be good or bad but right across from the bird sanctuary.Pool is kind of small, lots of kids so could not enjoy it as adults but if you are a family, then probably right up your alley. Ont other thing, the breakfast people are nice but stand around somewhat and could be cleaning off tables after someone leaves but they still have tip jars out. It was ok but would probably stay somewhere else next time
