"Bayside cozy" but dated.

The condo was clean and in a great location, but a bit on the "dated" side. Definitely a rental property more on the economic side judging from some of the other properties I've seen in SPI. On the plus side, the gated property provided an added sense of security if you brought a car or boat. The air conditioner was oversized and kept the room as cool as you could possibly want and the beds were normal and comfortable. Something that was a bit of a hassle was the requirement to pick up the metal keys over a mile away at a realty office, although the rental agent Carmen was VERY nice and coordinated for an employee to pick them up from the property upon check out. I would have thought most rentals use coded doors these days. Like I said..."bayside cozy", but dated.

Property was gated, so more secure and quiet. On slow season/weekend and if possible should offer parking for for families with 2 vehicles. Property only allowed 1 vehicle parking. Didn't feel safe leaving 2nd vehicle blocks away from property and out of site. Especially at night. Room was just the right size for the weekend and good rate for what we needed. Will stay again but only if we have 1 car.
