Overall we had a very pleasant experience. Mr. Jameson responded quickly to our questions, and the condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is very close to the beach and other attractions, and the gym and heated pool were a great plus.

The condo is spacious, kitchen well stocked and we enjoyed the pool. It is a little walk, about 10 minutes to the beach. It was pretty quiet throughout the week and we had the pools pretty much to ourselves. It got busier on the weekend, which was problematic for parking. Since the unit only has a guest parking pass and not the designated unit parking spot, you have to get pretty lucky to find a spot. The master bedroom bed/ mattress was very squeaky and noisy. If you are a light sleeper, you will definitely wake up. Besides those two things, I would recommend staying there.

Pros: This place was awesome for viewing of Space X launches. Condo was clean and kitchen well equipped for cooking. Cons: The bed in master bedroom squeaks when you move and wasn’t very comfortable. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Excellent in nearly every way!

My dad and I came here to watch the Starship launch and found the place to be exceptional. The only complaint I have is that the check-in process was a little confusing. We had to contact the owner to get inside since the emails and texts were a little cryptic.Our place had one full bed and two kid's beds, both of which were comfortable. Fridge, dishwasher, and laundry suite all suitable for our needs. Entertainment center was appreciated! One of the pools was heated at a constant 85 degrees which made it the best pool I've ever had the privilege to swim in. Hot tubs were pleasantly warm but not as hot as normal hot tubs, and didn't smell very chlorinated which was a plus.Place shows its age on the outside but it's nothing crucial to comfort or safety.Overall a 10/10, quite frankly the best place I've been to on a vacation.

good location and upscale condo

really enjoyed our stay. The one problem was lack of communication with owner and Vrbo. Had trouble checking in with code for door. Vrbo should have a contact number on invoice if you have a problem and owner should be available at check in time. The location is great and plenty of things to do. They have two pools one is heated and pools and grounds are well kept and maintained.

The condo complex was clean and it was nice to have two assigned parking spaces. The beach, restaurants and stores were walkable. The condo is beautiful and well furnished with everything you need in the kitchen. You may want to bring a Roku if you want to use the second TV. The AC and wifi worked great.
