The dining area sits 6 and for your convenience it has a washer/dryer combo in the unit. The location of the building is very convenient by having lots of amenities within walking distance.

This condo is ideal for families and families with children, romantic weekends, BFF girls vacations, fishing trips, business trips, winter Texans and Spring Breakers (Notes: Responsible person must be 25 years old or older and a staying guest during the rental period. For Spring Break and Easter week rentals there are additional requirements which includes additional refundable deposits – Minimum age requirement is 21 to rent during these two seasons – 2 pets max allowed through a pet fee).
