No AC , force to checkout and no refund

No AC in a 90degree hot room!! No AC , force to checkout and no refund , They are rude and insensitive. They offer a fan to a hot room. Ac wasn’t working. No other rooms available. We left at 11pm and they smile!! GM never called me back with a refunded status.

Don’t ever stay at this hotel. We were provided a room with no working AC filled with mold and dust. Security lock also wasn’t working. Was told there was no other working rooms available. Wife is pregnant and were basically told they couldn’t do anything about it until the morning. We had to go home. Refund denied even though it wasn’t fault of our own. Owner is shady and management is terrible. HORRIBLE PROPERTY, plenty of better options in SPI.

False advertisment and the smell of old. Rotten smell of water sewage. Mold around the shower and lavatorty. This was a DIRTy! Don't ever go to this place. You have to put a deposit when you get there of $100 for your room. Never mentioned it on the site pluse $10 for parking. I was so dissapointed in this place. The cleaning lady said she has been working there for 31 years. They want the deposit so you don't take the pillows or towels or do damage. Lord this place is damaged enough. The towels and sheet are 30 years old. The supposedly blanket was like a thin curtain. OMG this building needs to be condemned. Please Please do not stay at this place. It's trashy and nothing from the pictures. CONDEMEN!!!!!!!!! I will add photos later so that you may look at.

It needs an updated duty towels, ac and tv works great. Bed sheets not very comfortable nor pillows. Its an ok place to take a shower and rest after a long day at the beach

The room was dirty the light from the restroom did not work neither did the tv. The parking lot was a nightmare extremely limited space between parking spots. They charge 25 per extra parking permit and a 100 deposit that gets returned in 3 to 5 business day.

Not worth the low price

At check in - they assigned me to a room that already had guests staying in it. Rooms were worn down and not kept up with. Had to leave a $100 deposit that still hasn’t been refunded after 7 days. I called and they could take up too 10 days.
