Comfortable and cozy condo, with a full kitchen, you`ll feel right at home. Walk around our lovely manicured grounds, take a splash in our beautiful swimming pool, or enjoy windsurfing, kite boarding, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing and so much more from our private docks. Walking distance to Restaurants, shopping and gorgeous sandy beaches on the Gulf.

Beautiful 3 bedroom condo right on the bay, on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Walk downstairs and out to our lighted fishing pier, boat docks, fish cleaning table and you can even windsurf right from there! Big swimming pool, tennis court and Pickleball! Come enjoy our peaceful environment! So much to do on our beautiful South Padre Island.

Sleeping arrangements include:
• King bed in the master bedroom
• Queen and twin bed in the second bedroom
• Queen and twin bed in the third bedroom
• Twin roll-away bed in closet

Please note: Guests are welcome to use the BBQ grills by the pool area, but propane/charcoal is not provided. You’ll need to provide your own fuel.

As part of our commitment to providing a comfortable living environment, we supply an initial supply of toiletries upon move-in. This includes essentials such as toilet paper- one roll per bathroom, hand soap, dish washing soap, 1 dish washing pod, 1 wrapped sponge, 1 roll paper towels, 2 trash bags, 1 single use size shampoo/conditioner/lotion per / full bathroom, 2 disposable toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste per / full bathroom.

However, please be aware that any additional toiletries beyond the initial supply will be the responsibility of the tenant. We kindly ask that you manage your toiletry needs accordingly and purchase additional items as necessary
