Welcome To Zula Del Mar, our stunning South Padre Island Texas vacation home.

Located just a 2-3 minutes walk to the beautiful beach, Zula Del Mar can sleep up to 22 people in 7 bedrooms (see full bedroom configuration below), 2 living rooms, game room and an amazing private large pool & hot tub in a fenced yard.

Pets welcome with a fee ($150 for the first 2 pets, additional pets OK with additional fee (more info below)

We welcome any responsible group, under 25 require additional deposit.

The Space:
Upstairs:
Large living room, fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, bar area, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, patio.

Downstairs:
2nd living room, garage/game room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, access to backyard.

Backyard:
Private fully fenced yard with a large heated Pool & Hot Tub, gas grill (propane included), hammock, loungers, picnic tables. Pool heating is optional with additional fee, see details below.

Parking:
Can fit 5-6 cars on our driveway& Garages. Free additional parking on the street.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is located upstairs and is open to the dining & living area. Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven & range (electric), dishwasher, coffee pot (dual for both drip & K-pods), blender, toaster, rice cooker, slow cooker, pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, and much more. Perfect to prepare yummy meals.

Living rooms:
Zula Del Mar has 2 living rooms: one upstairs and one downstairs.
Upstairs living room is open to the kitchen & dining. Large sectional sofa, bar seating, 75” Smart TV and sound system.
Downstairs living room has a sectional sofa, 65” smart TV.

Garage/Game Room
House has a 2 car garage. We have 2 arcade machines & shuffle board

Pool & Hot tub (optional heating)
Large and private pool & hot tub in the backyard.
The pool & hot tub can be heated per your request for an additional fee paid separately after you book (optional). Pool & Hot Tub heating is $50/night x of nights of your stay. We don’t offer partial stay heating.

Pets:
Well behaved pets are welcome with a pet fee - $150 for the first two pets, please contact us if you plan to bring more than 2. This is paid separately after you book. Our backyard is completely fenced with a privacy fence and gates.

If you are bringing a pet we ask that:
No pets inside the pool. Ever - this is a health requirement and can also damage our equipment.
No pets on beds & furniture. When you leave the house please crate your pet when possible.
Pick up after your pet. If your pet pee on the concrete floor around the pool please hose it down immediately so it won’t stain or smell (hose provided in the backyard). This keeps our yard clean and inviting for future guests.
Report any damage or accidents. This way we can prepare to solve it before our next guests arrive.
By bringing your pet you accept all liability and agree to use caution and be a responsible owner.

One of the things we love most about SPI is that dogs are allowed on the beach! Take your furry friends to enjoy play time in the gulf!

Young guests:
We welcome any responsible guests however if the majority of the adults in your group are under 25 we require a $1000 refundable damage deposit paid separately after you book.
If all guests are under 21, alcohol is not allowed on the property.

Please note: Per policy, the person who is making the booking must be one of the guests staying at the house. Parents are NOT ALLOWED to book on behalf of their children.

Check in:
No Keys Needed! We have a smart lock on the door and will send you the door code on the day of your arrival as soon as the house is ready. After you get the door code you can check in at any time after that.
House will be ready by 5pm on your check in date. We always try to have the house ready as soon as we can, however that depends if we have guests check out that morning and the cleaners schedule so we can’t guarantee early check-in in advance. It’s best to check back with us the night before.

Please note: access to the house will not be allowed before all outstanding balance is fully paid including accommodation, pet fees, pool heating fees and deposits.

Check out:
Check out time is 10am. An unauthorized late check out will be charged $300/hr late fee.

Security:
For your security and ours, we have Ring cameras on the front door, parking area and pool equipment. Cameras will record video and sound when detecting movement.

Cancelation policy:
Please note, our cancelation policy applies for any unforeseen circumstances including illness, death, weather and other travel related issues. We recommend all our guests to purchase travel insurance for their peace of mind.

Recommendations:
We will send you a link to all our recommended places to eat and things to do on the island after you book.
