This fully remodeled three bedroom ranch home is located in a highly sought after neighborhood. Just a two minute walk to a shared private river beach, this home is sure to become a family favorite you will want to return to every summer!

The light and bright main living area opens up to a renovated kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and gorgeous countertops. French doors lead to an oversized patio, furnished with two patio tables and chairs. Three spacious bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms are down the hall.

Amenities will include window air conditioning throughout the home (each bedroom and living/dining/kitchen area), washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, enclosed outside shower and gas grill just to name a few. Owners also leave lawn games, beach chairs/toys, and a wagon to get to the beach!

Are you a golfer? Both Blue Rock and Bass River Golf Courses are less than 2 miles from the house. This home is also less than 1 mile away from Wilbur Park, a great place to fish or watch the boats go by.

A little piece of paradise

My family as well as my wives parents had an amazing stay at this house. Everything on the property was clean and in good order. My kids were quick to say how comfortable/safe they felt which is always a win for us parents. The community the house is nestled within is extremely friendly and inviting. While going on walks it was not a surprise for anyone you pass to greet you. Lastly the location is extremely convienent and close to so many shops, beaches, and restauraunts.
Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2024
