A complimentary canoe and two kayaks make it easy to hit the water when the mood strikes. Indoors, you’ll find a stylish living area, a cozy den, and a game room with a pool table. This home is a short drive from local shops and eateries, family attractions, and the shores of West Dennis Beach.

Comfort awaits in a main living area, appointed with a gas fireplace and 48' flat-screen TV. Enjoy views of the water as you sprawl out on comfortable furnishings. An inviting wood-paneled den also offers lovely water views. This intimate space has plenty of comfy seating, a desk area, a 42” wall-mounted TV, and an electric fireplace. Downstairs, a game room includes a pool table, wall-mounted TV, and casual seating.

Flex your culinary muscles in the contemporary kitchen. There’s ample counter space for meal preparation and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Dish up meals in the elegant dining area, where a wooden table seats everyone.

On the entry level, the primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, armchair, and TV. The entry-level bathroom has a walk-in shower. The remaining bedrooms are all upstairs. A family-friendly second bedroom offers a queen bed and crib, and the third bedroom has a pair of twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a twin bed and a separate twin-over-twin bunk bed. An upstairs bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

A private deck offers a gorgeous waterfront setting. With a picnic table, chairs, and side tables, it’s a lovely spot for morning coffee or alfresco dining. Roast s'mores around the propane firepit in the evenings. There’s also a lower-level deck with outdoor seating, an outdoor shower, gas grill, and charcoal grill. To round off your day of relaxation and fun, a sauna is included- the perfect way to relax after a day full of activities.

Long Pond is right in your backyard. Hit the water in the complimentary boat, canoe, and kayaks, or hop in for a refreshing swim! Shops and eateries are one mile away in downtown, or make a quick drive to family attractions. Head 1.6 miles to Skull Island at Bass River Sports World for go-karts and mini-golf, or travel 1.3 miles to bowling and arcades at Ryan Family Amusements. West Dennis Beach is less than three miles away for sun-soaked days on the soft sand.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
