Lots to improve on

My understanding is that this is a new to host. Below are a list of items that need improvement at 46 Eastfield Rd. Southampton. -The washer did not work and there is no dryer -Don't trust the pictures -Location is not walking distance to any shops/restaurants -Next to train tracks -Wobbly table....just needs an allen wrench to fix -No wash clothes -Need to supply additional paper towels and TP -Bathroom sink is clogged -Dirty floors....your socks turn brown on the bottom -Tacking strip nails coming through the carpet on the stairs -Mold noticed in several rooms -Should provide an extra key I hope this helps the host and other guest.
