Staying at the Bentley was a nightmare. I was traveling alone for my 28th birthday and experienced multiple unexplained knocks on my hotel room door, including one at 5:49 a.m. The hotel claimed they saw no one on the security cameras both times. I did not feel safe at all. Because the hotel refused to take my safety seriously, I had to leave immediately, travel back to Manhattan, and pay $650 for another hotel. This completely ruined my birthday trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially solo travelers.

Had a wonderful stay at The Bentley Hotel Southampton. The room was spacious, stylish, and spotless. I especially loved the record player — such a unique and thoughtful touch that made the stay feel personal and relaxing. The overall vibe of the room and the layout were perfect. Staff were friendly and the property felt well cared for. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
