Absolutely stunning venue, we cant believe we havent visited before. Customer service is outstanding from the moment you arrive. The mansion itself is glorious, with rooms to match. Lovely hotel with huge rooms. It was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. The only real negative was that it was noisy in my room. There was loud music from what I assume was downstairs which went on until quite late into the night (I stayed midweek).
