Walk up the grand mahogany front steps into a sitting room leading out french doors onto a back deck with views of the yard and pool. 3 bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms on the first floor. High ceilings on the second floor in the living room with two top balconies facing front and back views. Open wrap around kitchen with granite counter tops and custom cabinetry, open to a large dining table. Master bedroom with full bathroom and half bath adjoining the living room. Windows surrounding the top floor with optimal views of sunrise and sunset amongst tons of daylight. Fully finished basement and laundry room with full bathroom, french doors leading out to the yard and pool. Heated salt water pool with bluestone patio and teak outdoor furniture. Outdoor kitchen including sink, gas grill, Egg charcoal grill and pizza oven. Manicured yard with plenty of privacy at the end of a cul de sac. Renting in summer months will include weekly pool cleaner. Our home has an installed Tesla charger for your electric car.
