Nice hotel on a new site just built in the wrong place. Why put it right next to the motorway where you hear all the lorries coming off at 4 o’clock in the morning instead of putting it over by the pub which would’ve been better

Good stay for a family of 4. Room was generally comfortable and bathroom was good and clean. Only downside was duvet for the sofa bed was too small for two people, even two children which made it difficult for them! Otherwise breakfast was included and was a very good selection. The hotel itself was fine. Comfortable bed. Staff were very attentive and polite. Main issue was the breakfast. Coffee was awful. As was the OJ. Both tasted watered down. Not much chopped fresh fruit. Nothing at all one day. No vegetable option on cooked breakfast. Usually you get mushrooms or tomato. Baked beans had no flavour. If they can sort the breakfast then this would be a great stay.

Great Customer Service

An overnight stay during some hospital day treatments. Staff very understandable and co operative when I discussed the problem of husband not being well enough to leave room or able to eat and drink at the dining area. Was permitted to take food and drink up to our room and although they do not offer room service provided support with this.

Impressive Customer Service

Stay was very comfortable, staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for anyone we spoke to. The Team there are a credit to the Hotel. Would recommend to Family and Friends and would definitely stay there again, if the situation ever arose.
