Nice stay

Staff very helpful, allowed us an early check in. Room was small- but that is what I booked - was clean & comfortable, nice amenities. Restaurant & bar available - very good service. Will stay again. Convenient - grocery sore & pharmacy nearby, as well as McDonalds. Was able to walk to cruise ship - about 15 minutes.

Handy for cruise terminal

Ideal for overnight stay to join a cruise. Good location but a bit noisey in rooms back of hotel due to rail station and main rd. Smell of drugs frequently waft over.

It has a convenient location close to the central station. But there’s no accessible microwave even though they have dining area so we had to have cold dinner, and the McDonald around also doesn’t open to walk-ins all day long as they advertised.

During our stay the aircon didn’t work at all it was constantly pumping out hot air forcing us to sleep with the window open and the fan on all night having to listen to the cars outside all night keeping us up

A little disappointing

Hotel looked very tired and dated. Breakfast was really bad, eggs were hard, like they had been left out for too long. Staff were average at best. Really did not enjoy.
