The 4 bedrooms and 3 of the bathrooms are located upstairs with an additional shower and cloakroom downstairs. This farmhouse oozes luxury with large open plan living on the ground floor.

This house is almost always booked in advance! Grab yourself a genuine holiday in 5* luxury.

The house has a very lovely handmade kitchen fully kitted out with everything you need for dinner parties and fantastic nights in. Full cooking facilities, large double American Samsung fridge freezer & even a popcorn making machine! Of course there are plenty of wine glasses and champagne flutes! There's also a full set of brand new 'unbreakable' glasses for outdoor use!

The beautiful handcrafted oak island sits a minimum of 6 guests directly with a further 6 guests at the farmhouse table also situated in the kitchen. We find that the kitchen tends to be the hub of activity for adults to drink and chat while children play. The hot tub can be clearly seen from the kitchen windows.

The dining table is found in the large open hallway and it is possible to seat up to 16 guests in this area.

We have custom sliding stair gates at both the bottom and top of our wide stairs which are perfect for children’s safety and also for keeping visiting dogs downstairs.

The lounge has been upgraded as a smart room with automatic blinds closing or opening with a touch of a button. We have a Blueray DVD player & Now TV package for guests. The large TV is a smart TV so guests can log into their own Netflix or Prime Video. There's a range of DVD’s to choose from onsite too. The sound system in here is outstanding for watching movies!

The entire ground floor is fed through a very cosy underfloor heating system. Please ask us if you wish to adjust any heating settings.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the Farmhouse, it’s parking for 5 vehicles, the back garden (which includes a large patio, bbq & hot tub).

The front of the property shares a very wide driveway with the Stud Farm. This has access to horses coming in and out and occasional farm vehicles.
